At East Coast Bedding, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. If something is not the right fit, we gladly accept eligible returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, and the item must be shipped back within that return window. Once a return label has been issued, the return package must be received by our facility within 7–10 business days.

Returned items must be sent back in clean, unused condition with all original components included, such as storage bags, packaging, or included accessories. Items that arrive stained, damaged, heavily used, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund. PLEASE USE PROTECTORS if trying the products. 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For approved returns, we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the shipping cost from the final refund amount if preferred.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Approved refunds are typically issued within 2 business days of inspection.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

At East Coast Bedding, every order is carefully packed and shipped from our facility in Montgomery, New York.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within the continental United States on orders over $100. At this time, free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
