At East Coast Bedding, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30 Night Comfort Guarantee to ensure you're happy with your purchase.
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your pillow.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a shipping label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund if preferred.
  • Condition: Returns must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and inserts included.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 2 days of receiving your returned item.
  • Defective Products: If your product is defective, we will replace it at our cost.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, East Coast Bedding is happy to rejuvenate your pillow for you. Shipping and handling fees may apply.

Super-Fast Shipping

At East Coast Bedding, we ensure your orders are shipped promptly from our Montgomery, NY facility.
  • Shipping Costs: We ship to all states for free on orders over $100, excluding Puerto Rico and Hawaii. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
  • Handling Time: Orders are shipped within 1 business day of placing your order.
  • Tracking Your Order: You can check on the status of your order or track your delivery by clicking on the link in your order confirmation email, or by calling our Customer Support Team at 1.718.705.8226, Monday through Friday, 9:30 am – 4:00 pm ET.
  • International Orders: For international orders, please email us so we can further assist you.
  • Lost or Missing Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support Team. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
